Accounts and access
You must keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue access when needed to operate or protect the service.
Third-party services
Tallyo may connect with providers for payments, bank data, email, hosting, and other product functions. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
Pre-launch changes
Tallyo is in pre-launch development. Features, availability, pricing, integrations, and copy may change before or after access opens.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallyo is provided as is and without warranties. We are not responsible for tax filing outcomes or professional decisions made outside the product.
